...I wouldn't necessarily call that actively malicious. Frustrating, occasionally difficult, yes. Not turning out in the manner one might initially intend, yes.

Take the hairstyle and facial expression from that picture I linked and put it on a very tall and slender female body with black cat ears and a black tail and you've got the form currently in use by Alna
@Jas I know what you mean, its not that I think she's there I actually feel like I'm in the presence of another person, its really bizarre in a weird cool way
Right. I don't want it to turn into just assuming, when reminded at the end of the day, that she was there the whole time and the generating false memories to fill in all that time.

Keeping the awareness in the back of your mind is a very good practice that leads to a strongly active personality. If you want, there are ways to physically keep constant reminders. Like wrapping a twist tie around a finger or a hair tie around the wrist.

Tying the reminder of an awareness of the tulpa to some tic you have, or a compulsive behavior being a trigger for keeping the awareness alive. Associations in you mind are one of the most powerful forms of retaining certain memories or awareness.
There was a post where someone had a Tulpa that had taken the form of a Windex bottle, and was asking on advice to encourage them to change to a different one. Probably the oddest form I've seen, though I genuinely do hope they got it worked out.
